Know Better Privacy Policy

Know Better helps you capture lessons you want to remember, review them later, and log when a lesson repeats.

Data We Collect

Know Better may process:

• Email address, used for account sign-in and account recovery.
• Lesson content you create in the app.
• Repeat history and optional repeat notes you create in the app.
• Reminder settings you choose on your device.
• Basic technical information needed to authenticate, sync, secure, and operate the service.

How We Use Data

We use this data to provide the app, sync your account-backed data across sessions, send local reminders you configure, protect account access, troubleshoot issues, and comply with App Store requirements.

Third-Party Services

Know Better uses Supabase for authentication and cloud data storage. Email delivery or authentication-related messages may be handled through service providers used by Supabase or the app operator.

Local Device Data

Know Better stores app data locally on your device so core app flows can work quickly. If you delete the app, local device data is removed by the operating system. If you delete your account from inside the app, Know Better is designed to clear account data associated with that user.

Account Deletion

If account deletion is available in your app version, use Settings -> Delete Account. Account deletion is intended to remove your account and associated user-owned cloud data. Some limited records may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service operations.

Children

Know Better is not intended for children under 13.

We may update this policy as the app changes. The updated version will be posted at this page.
